W Bali – Seminyak’s iconic Sunday Brunch welcomes an exclusive brunch collaboration with Amici, introducing a refined daytime experience shaped by contemporary Italian dining.

Designed for relaxed afternoons, the collaboration brings together thoughtful cuisine, familiar flavours, and a setting that encourages guests to linger.

The menu reflects Amici’s modern approach to Italy’s culinary traditions, guided by the vision of Enrico Bartolini, whose restaurants have earned 14 Michelin stars. Each dish is crafted with precision and balance, translating classic preparations into a brunch format that feels both comforting and considered.

The experience unfolds with savoury plates followed by a composed sweet finish, showcasing layered flavours, elegant presentation, and a sense of ease that defines the collaboration—an understated yet memorable take on Sunday brunch.

  • Focaccina al Tonno – Pizza bread with tuna tartare, lime zest, stracciatella, and gomasio
  • Spaghetti alla Vaccinara – Home-made spaghetti with wagyu tokusen oxtail ragout and pecorino romano DOP cheese sauce
