This summer, BUZO, the new restaurant by renowned chef Will Meyrick, is thrilled to launch its innovative lunch menu. Located in Seminyak, Bali, BUZO offers a unique Japanese-Italian fusion, featuring gourmet pizzas, fresh sushi, and crafted cocktails.

BUZO’s lunch menu presents a delightful fusion of flavours with both sushi and pizza options. Try the Oshi Sushi Tuna, made with confit tuna, umeboshi, yuzu wasabi mayo, nori, pickled ginger, green chilli, and a sprinkle of wasabi furikake. For pizza lovers, choose between BUZO’s rich deep-dish or airy sourdough crusts. And if you’re craving something heartier, BUZO’s pasta selections are sure to satisfy. To accompany your meal, enjoy signature cocktails like The Godmother, with vodka, amaretto, umeboshi, and rosemary, or the BUZO Negroni, crafted with jasmine-infused gin, Campari, and Bianco vermouth.

Make your weekends special with an Itameshi lunch from 12:00 to 3:00 PM, where Japanese and Italian flavours meet. Enjoy limitless dishes for 550K++, or add a two-hour free-flow for an additional Rp550K++. The bar is open all day for you to relax!

For dinner, BUZO invites you to indulge in a variety of distinct flavours. Savour the refreshing Salted Cucumber, the tender Osso Bucco served with pasta, the delicate Smoked Tuna Crudo, and the flavourful Heritage Pork Cutlet Katsu. Each dish offers a unique and satisfying experience. BUZO is also open Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM until late, serving dinner from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

As the holiday season approaches, we’re excited to announce a special Christmas Lunch and Dinner on the 25th of December. Celebrate with the festive Christmas Feed Me menu for Rp650K++, bottomless drinks for two hours at Rp750K++, or select from the à la carte menu.
