The Omah Tandang programme at Embers Open-Fire Grill features specially curated Nusantara main course packages for Ramadhan, including Ayam Bakar Lengkuas, infused with aromatic spices and galangal; Rawon Daging, a rich and savoury black beef soup made from selected kluwek; Embers’ signature Buntut Bakar, slow-cooked using open-fire techniques to achieve a tender texture with a distinctive smoky touch; and Ikan Bakar Rica-Rica, paired with aromatic rica-rica sambal offering a fresh, spicy Nusantara flavour. Each package is served complete with complimentary takjil and a selection of traditional breaking-fast beverages, priced at Rp288,000++ per person.
For guests seeking a group dining experience, Embers Open-Fire Grill also offers an Iftar buffet priced at Rp288,000++ per person, available with a minimum booking of 30 persons. As an additional option, guests may enjoy the Iftar buffet at Osaka Function Room, priced at Rp314,000++ per person, also available with a minimum booking of 30 persons, ideal for group gatherings and corporate Iftar events.
