Karma Kandara Unveils Six-Day Easter Festival

Bali’s iconic clifftop hotspot, Karma Kandara, has announced Easter Festival 2026, transforming the resort into a six-day celebration of dining, music and family tradition from April 1-6.

The programme brings together bamboo seafood barbecues on the sand, proper house beats from our international DJ roster, and a lineup of culinary experiences designed to mark the season.

“This Easter, we’re thrilled to have guests enjoy everything that makes Karma Kandara so special,” said Karma General Manager Rai Artawan. “Think bamboo seafood BBQs right on the beach, or our fancy Sunday brunch with the best view in Bali. Each day brings its own tasty twist, perfect for hanging out and making memories.”

SIX DAYS OF DISTINCTIVE DINING

April Fools Beach Games at Karma Beach Bali

The festival opens Wednesday, April 1, with April Fools Beach Games at Karma Beach Bali (11am-4pm), featuring lively competitions, drinking challenges and surprise pass-arounds with prizes announced during Easter Welcome Drinks at Sarang Lounge (5pm). The day’s signature cocktail, The Golden Prank, combines grappa, cherry brandy, passion fruit, vanilla and citrus.

Maundy Thursday with a reimagined Goan tradition at Samudra Ganesha

Thursday, April 2, marks Maundy Thursday with a reimagined Goan tradition at Samudra Ganesha (6pm onwards). Chef Jeevraj presents seven bold, story-driven dishes inspired by the custom of visiting seven churches, honouring heritage, spice and soul in one powerful table. IDR 395++ per person includes a cocktail or mocktail; IDR 200++ for children. The evening’s featured cocktail is Veil of Grace, blending gin, sake, cucumber, chamomile bianco vermouth and citrus.

Good Friday Good Karma

On Friday, April 3, Good Friday Good Karma transforms Karma Beach into an oceanside barbecue at dusk (6pm onwards). Chef Joseph’s bamboo seafood barbecue brings together fire, smoke and coastal flavours in a generous family-style feast paired with sunset sparkling. IDR 850++ per person. The Smoked Salvation cocktail – mezcal, chilli, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, calamansi, smoked pineapple and saline solution, complements the evening.

Saturday, April 4, welcomes the return of BALI BEACH PARTY to Karma Beach Bali (12-9pm), blending progressive and organic house music with live dancers and fire performers. DJs Edger (CA), 3iZ (US), Pretty Liar (ID) and Simo White (IT) hold it down all day and into the golden hour. The cocktail of the day Coral Crush, features pineapple-infused rum, coconut liqueur, peach, cranberry and soda.

Easter Sunday, April 5, brings a refined seaside brunch to di Mare Restaurant (12-4pm). Guests are welcomed with the Bloom of Glory signature cocktail (homemade sloe gin, jasmine, citrus, sparkling rosé) with the option to add free-flow Whispering Angel Rosé. IDR 895++ per person; IDR 850++ top-up for rosé package.

The festival concludes Monday, April 6, with Tuna Fight Club Returns at Karma Beach Bali (3-6:30pm), celebrating Indonesian National Fisherman’s Day. Multiple chefs compete with live tuna carving on the beach and inventive dishes, with guests voting for their favourite. IDR 350++ per person. The final cocktail, Sea of Promise, blends coconut-washed tequila, chilli cordial, blue curaçao, cucumber, apple and elderflower espuma

DAILY WELLNESS & FAMILY PROGRAMME

Running throughout the six-day festival, Karma Spa offers Easter-themed treatments including The Deep Detox (120 minutes, IDR 2,200++ per person), Island Escape (120 minutes, IDR 2,100++ per person) and the 3 Hours Couples Connect (IDR 4,500++ per couple).

Daily wellness sessions include yoga at the Spa Lounge (8-9am) and Muay Thai at Mentari Rooftop (9:30-10:30am).

Three Monkeys Kids Club presents a full programme at Karma Beach and the Kids Club (10am-5pm daily) featuring Easter egg hunting, the Easter Bunny and Magician Show, beach games, creative workshops including canvas painting, tie-dye t-shirts, bag painting and mug painting, plus Balinese cultural activities.
