The event was attended by key stakeholders, with Scott Matson, Chief Operating Officer of Mirah Investment & Development, and Paul Hussey, Chief Operating Officer of FINNS Bali, signing the agreement and officially commencing the project.

Planning has been underway for months before the public announcement. FINNS Bali Resort will be a 202-unit family-friendly resort, bringing a world-class experience that seamlessly blends luxury, wellness, and recreation into a single destination.

Investors have a unique opportunity to be part of this premier development. Units at FINNS Bali Resort are available for sale, offering a promising Bali real estate investment in the island’s burgeoning hospitality market.

The project brings together the project management expertise of Penjor Mandiri Bali (PBM), whose previous projects include Nihiwatu Resort in Sumba, OVO Hotel in Kuta, FINNS Beach Club, Karma Beach Club, and more. Further partners include contractors Kristef, who have previously delivered The Edge Resort in Uluwatu, Karma Kandara, and Jumeirah Resort in Pecatu, among many others.

Construction work has begun on-site, with an official groundbreaking ceremony held on the 17th of August. The project will consist of an extensive renovation of the existing FINNS Recreation Club, as well as an extension of facilities across the 1.7-hectare site in Berawa, Bali.

Paul Hussey said, “FINNS Bali Resort represents another step towards our vision for a complete FINNS hospitality ecosystem. Since our founding in 2010, we’ve been dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for both residents and visitors to Bali. With our beach clubs, recreation club, spa, water park, kids’ club, and many other beloved destinations, the resort is the missing piece that ties it all together. It allows us to offer our guests a full immersion into the FINNS lifestyle—from accommodation to leisure, wellness, and entertainment. This resort isn’t just another property; it’s an extension of our commitment to creating timeless memories through our passion for hospitality, our love for Bali, and our dedication to treating our guests, community, and each other with genuine respect. FINNS Bali Resort will enable visitors to fully experience the magic of Bali through the FINNS lens, whether they’re staying for a day or for an extended holiday.”

Scott Matson added, “This collaboration with FINNS Bali represents a perfect synergy between two leaders in Bali’s hospitality and development sectors. Together, we’re creating a resort that sets a new benchmark for hospitality in Bali and establishes a new standard for world-class experiences, further solidifying Bali’s position as a premier global destination.
