Among this year’s achievements, Andrew Clark, Director of Food & Beverage at Cucina, was named Best Food & Beverage Director – Global, while Executive Chef Patrizia Battolu received the title of Best Head Chef. Cucina was also awarded Best International Cuisine in Indonesia and Best Italian Cuisine in Indonesia, recognising the restaurant’s commitment to authentic flavours, culinary craftsmanship, and memorable guest experiences.
