The new Immigration Lounge at Discovery Mall Bali brings immigration services closer to the public, allowing residents and tourists to access selected services in a more convenient location.

The Class I Special Immigration Office with TPI Ngurah Rai has officially opened an Immigration Lounge at Discovery Mall Bali in Kuta. The facility was inaugurated on Wednesday, 8th of July, making it the first immigration service in Bali to operate within a shopping centre.

The Immigration Lounge marks a strategic step towards bringing public services closer to the community. It enables both residents and visitors to access immigration administrative services more easily, flexibly, comfortably, and conveniently.

In addition, visitors can enjoy the mall’s other facilities, including a wide range of retail outlets, dining options, entertainment venues, and direct access to Kuta Beach.

“We hope this Immigration Lounge will become the new face of immigration services. It is designed not only to provide easier access but also to deliver a fast, comfortable, and high-quality service experience,” said Ngurah Rai Immigration Office Head Bugie Kurniawan on Thursday, 9th of July.

Kurniawan also expressed his hope that the partnership with Discovery Mall Bali would serve as a positive example of collaboration between government institutions and the private sector in delivering public services that are increasingly accessible to the community.

The Immigration Lounge also provides a practical solution for residents and visitors, particularly those living in the North Kuta and Kuta areas, as they no longer need to travel to the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office in Jimbaran to obtain certain immigration services.

The lounge offers a range of immigration services, including the issuance of Indonesian passports, Visit Stay Permits, Limited Stay Permits (KITAS), Permanent Stay Permits (KITAP), and the Golden Visa.

The Immigration Lounge is open on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM Central Indonesia Time (WITA).
