Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites Defies Culinary Norms with “A Rebellious Hunger”: A Bold Plant-based Revolution

Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites is redefining the conventional dining experience and inviting guests to be part of a movement.

In support of a major collaboration between ARTOTEL Group, Burgreens and Green Rebel, the hotel proudly joined the launch of “A Rebellious Hunger”. This nationwide campaign is designed to prove that sustainable dining is not merely a niche lifestyle, but a crave-worthy and high-performance culinary experience.

Launched in April 2026, “A Rebellious Hunger” represents more than just a seasonal promotion; it marks a significant step in Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites’ long-term commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles.

To bring this vision to life, ARTOTEL Group has partnered with Indonesia’s leading plant-based pioneers. Burgreens, recognised as one of the country’s foremost plant-based restaurant brands, has co-developed approachable concepts that bridge the gap between “healthy” and “highly commercial”, ensuring every dish appeals to the modern palate. Meanwhile, Green Rebel, serving as the primary ingredient supplier, guarantees a transparent supply chain and meat-alternative proteins that deliver the texture and flavour even dedicated carnivores can appreciate.

“This initiative is our starting point in cultivating a more sustainable dining ecosystem within our hotel,” said Faisal Tranggono, General Manager of Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites. “We are demonstrating that responsible sourcing and thoughtful curation can be fully aligned with business excellence and the evolving expectations of conscious travellers.”

Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites believes that conscious dining should be accessible to everyone. With prices starting from just Rp55,000++, guests can enjoy a variety of menu options, including the Stack Burger, Nasi Uduk Roll, Nugget Caviar, flavoured lattes, Cold Starter Slushy and Banana Chocolate Shake.

This limited-time culinary experience is designed for everyone, from curious food enthusiasts to eco-conscious professionals. The exclusive collaboration is available from now until the 16th of July 2026.
