If there is one thing that Sacha Stevenson is good at, it’s her amazing ability to be at once cynical and sarcastic with such an upbeat and positive attitude about her expectations on life in Indonesia. Many foreigners living here gripe about their daily frustrations, but how many of us can laugh it off? Thank goodness for folks like Stevenson who can provide a bit of brevity in our days.
In the video below, Stevenson discusses expectations from both the Indonesian and “bule” points of view. It seems perhaps both groups could do with a little more insight into each other’s expectations in order to avoid headaches and stress perhaps?
