In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, InterContinental Bali Resort, in collaboration with the Bali Pink Ribbon Foundation, proudly presents “Hear. Heal. Hope.” — a heartfelt wellness and awareness event dedicated to empowering women, promoting early detection, and fostering a spirit of community support.
Set against the serene backdrop of Jimbaran Bay, the event will take place on Thursday, the 30th of October 2025, uniting medical professionals, wellness experts, survivors, and members of the local community alongside the resort’s associates for an afternoon of inspiration, education, and holistic healing.
The Bali Pink Ribbon Foundation is a non-profit organisation based in Denpasar, founded in 2009 by breast cancer survivor Gaye Warren. The foundation is committed to promoting breast cancer awareness through education, screening, and support, with a strong emphasis on early detection, prevention, and empowerment. Its initiatives include educational seminars, free screenings, and outreach programmes for rural communities and neighbouring islands.
The event will featurep an engaging talk show and panel discussion with Dr I Ketut Widiana (Oncologist) on The Importance of Early Detection; Fia Bunova (Public Figure & Breast Cancer Survivor) on Resilience and Recovery; and Retno I.G. Kusuma (Psychologist) on Emotional Wellbeing and Support.
Participants will also enjoy a core workout session led by FitHub, focusing on physical wellness and body awareness, followed by a sound healing session with renowned holistic sound healer Dayu Citra, designed to promote mindfulness and emotional balance.
A mini lifestyle showcase will highlight wellness-focused brands, featuring fitness partners, natural beauty products, and healthy beverage booths. Complimentary mammogram registrations will also be available to participants, with limited slots offered.
