Available exclusively on Monday, 17 August 2026, the celebration invites guests to discover the authentic flavours of the archipelago through an elevated buffet dinner, complemented by akw special collection of cocktails inspired by Indonesia’s heritage, national symbols, and enduring spirit.
As part of the festivities, guests will be welcomed with Mewacik, a traditional royal hand-washing ritual, before embarking on an Indonesian culinary journey across the archipelago. The experience is completed by captivating live Balinese dance performances, creating a memorable atmosphere where culture, tradition, and dining come together.
Elevating the evening further, guests can enjoy specially crafted cocktails celebrating the nation’s identity through rich spices, tropical botanicals, and iconic symbols, offering a contemporary interpretation of Indonesia’s cultural legacy. Created exclusively for Indonesia’s Independence Day, the signature cocktail collection reimagines the nation’s heritage through contemporary mixology. Inspired by the iconic Pusaka, Sangsaka, and Merah Putih, each cocktail blends Indonesian spices, tropical botanicals, and locally inspired flavours, offering a refined toast to the nation’s unity, resilience, and cultural legacy.
Kuliner Nusantara with the Independence Day signature cocktail collection will be available on 17 August 2026, from 6pm to 10.30pm at Kwee Zeen Restaurant, priced at IDR 688,000++ per adult and IDR 344,000++ for children aged 6 to 12 years.
