Suhoor Set 1 features Beef Rendang, a rich and flavourful stewed beef in coconut milk, served with sautéed kangkung and steamed rice. It is complemented by an egg prepared to your preference—omelette, scrambled, or sunny-side up—alongside steamed white rice and stir-fried long beans. The meal is completed with sliced fruit, dates, a selection of fresh juices (apple, orange, pineapple, or guava), and your choice of coffee or tea.
Suhoor Set 2 offers Soto Ayam, a comforting chicken turmeric broth with glass noodles, sambal, and a hint of lime. This set also includes an egg dish of your choice, steamed white rice, and stir-fried bok choy. For dessert, enjoy a refreshing Mango Sago Pudding, along with dates, a variety of fruit juices, and either coffee or tea.
Suhoor Set 3 presents Sop Buntut, a hearty oxtail soup in a savoury beef broth, served with vegetables, sambal, lime, and nut crackers.
