About Rare Cuts by SKYE

For this September-October special, SKYE will feature a carefully selected range of premium cuts, including the melt-in-your-mouth Rubia Gallega (a 120-day pure grass-fed beef from Spain, renowned for its marbling, which imparts a rich and buttery taste) and the delectable Mangalica pork (a Hungarian breed often referred to as the “Kobe beef of pork” due to its remarkable marbling and rich flavour. The meat is tender and juicy, and offers a distinctive depth of flavour that is both subtle and intense). Guests are warmly invited to reconnect with their loved ones over an exquisite meal.
