The “Kembali ke Sari Delicatessen and Café” event aims to rekindle the glamour of the café’s early days while embracing a new chapter. Previously a modest deli shop in the lobby area focused on takeaways, the café has now moved to a prime location next to the hotel entrance. This new setting offers guests easy access and a chance to enjoy a unique culinary experience in an elegant glasshouse environment designed for dine-in sessions. The extensive renovation symbolises a fresh start for the café, blending its storied heritage with contemporary elegance.

“This is a new beginning for a brighter future,” said Vincent Yap, General Manager of Sari Pacific Jakarta, Autograph Collection. “Sari Delicatessen & Café was once known as the diva of the market, and we are poised to make a grand impact once again.”

The revitalised space features natural design elements and an updated menu that harmoniously combines traditional favourites with innovative dishes inspired by both Indonesian and international cuisines. Culinary Director Andri Aryono highlights the café’s commitment to innovation with the refreshed menu, which marries local flavours with global culinary trends.

“We’re serving comfort food from around the world,” Chef Andri explains. “Many of our guests come from abroad, and we want them to feel at home with our comforting dishes.”
