The new culinary journey at The Puhu Restaurant takes guests on a gastronomic adventure, blending traditional Balinese recipes, authentic Asian specialities, vibrant Indian dishes, and contemporary international favourites. Every dish is crafted with passion, using the finest locally sourced ingredients to ensure both authenticity and sustainability.
The new menu at The Puhu Restaurant presents a diverse culinary journey, featuring Puhu Signatures that celebrate Bali’s rich heritage with dishes like Ayam Betutu, Gindara Nyat Nyat, and Kuah Balung; Indian Inspirations showcasing vibrant favourites from Lamb Rogan Josh to Chicken 65; and International Selections offering elevated classics such as Wagyu Beef Short Rib, Flame Grilled Bone Marrow, and Bali Pork Ribs. Guests can also savour Wellness Creations, a nourishing plant-based selection with locally sourced ingredients, and end their dining experience on a sweet note with Decadent Desserts, including Markisa Payangan Cheesecake, Es Cendol Payangan, and Popcorn Crème Brûlée.
