A Guide to International Schools in Indonesia Outside Jakarta and Bali

Are you an expatriate living with your family outside Jakarta and Bali? Don’t worry, as Indonesia Expat has got you a list of international schools all over Indonesia (excluding Jakarta and Bali) for your children.

Moving to Indonesia can be quite challenging, especially if you bring your family here, as finding a high-quality school and proper education for your kids is not always easy. This condition does not apply in Jakarta and Bali, for there are a lot of foreigners and expats living in those two regions, so it is way easier to reach information regarding international schools.

However, what if you and your family decide (or for some reason, you are asked) to move to another city or region, let’s say, like Lombok, Batam, Balikpapan, and even Papua? How could your kids study? Are there any international schools or, at least, a national school with an international curriculum over there? This might be your biggest consideration before dropping your kids off at school.

Indonesia Expat has discovered 14 international schools all over Indonesia beyond Jakarta and Bali, so that your children will still be able to earn a global-level education.
