Widely regarded as one of Southeast Asia’s leading food festivals, the event brings together acclaimed chefs, farmers, restaurateurs, food innovators, and culinary storytellers from Indonesia and around the world through live cooking demonstrations, masterclasses, food tours, markets, and intimate dining experiences. This year’s theme, “Farmers: Guardians of Land and Sea,” highlights the producers, growers, and fishing communities whose work shapes Indonesia’s rich food culture.
