The Rare Angon Festival 2026 returns to Mertasari Beach, Sanur, from 23–26 July 2026, celebrating Bali’s rich kite-flying traditions through four days of competitions, cultural performances, and community festivities. The programme opens with international kite-flying demonstrations and live music on 23 July, followed by international and puppet kite performances on 24 July, before culminating in the Bali Kite Competition, spectacular night flying, and the Denpasar Mayor’s Rolling Trophy competition on 25–26 July.
