The inaugural edition features Taketo Utsunomiya, Head Bartender of NOTTE Uluwatu, for an exclusive six-course pairing dinner celebrating creativity, balance, and flavour harmony. Guests can expect refined dishes paired with inventive cocktails, from oysters and NIKKA martinis to coffee-smoked beef cheeks matched with smoky mezcal. Dinner is priced at Rp1,700,000++ (food only) or Rp2,500,000++ for the full pairing experience.
