HR Committee Meeting with The Directorate General of Immigration on New Visa Classification

The American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (AmCham) cordially invite members and friends to join September’s HR Committee Meeting. This meeting will discuss new changes to Indonesia’s visa classifications as a result of the Minister of Immigration and Corrections Decree No. M.IP-08.GR.01.01 of 2025, which has streamlined visa classification from 133 indexes to just 110. Among the key adjustments are the consolidation of visa indexes covering foreign skilled workers with corporate sponsors (unified under index E23), foreign skilled workers with non-corporate sponsors (E23U and E23V), and foreign investors serving as representatives of parent companies at Indonesian branches (now under index E28G).
