Blue Karma Secrets unveils a new series of wellness experiences this July, designed for travellers and Bali residents seeking a deeper sense of renewal, emotional balance and mindful connection.
Held across Blue Karma Ubud and Blue Karma Village, the July wellness calendar brings together sound, ritual, energy healing, cacao, meditation and shamanic traditions. Each experience has been thoughtfully created to offer a gentler path back to the self, whether through the stillness of a Sunday sound journey, the emotional clarity of a New Moon Ceremony, or a private healing session with Lamia, the visiting shamanic healer.
Sunday Sound Healing at Botanist
This July, Blue Karma Wellness presents a gentle Sunday wellness rhythm through a series of sound healing sessions, set against the serene surroundings of Botanist.
The Sunday Sound Healing programme begins on the 5th of July with a Floating Sound Healing session led by Lamia, followed by a Sound Bath with Dian on the 12th of July, and another Floating Sound Healing session with Lamia on 19 July. The sessions are currently priced at Rp500,000 per person, excluding a 21% tax and service charge, with the same rate applying across all three Sundays. Final tax treatment is to be confirmed before publication.
The Floating Sound Healing sessions on the 5th and the 19th of July are limited to eight participants, creating an intimate experience where guests are invited to surrender to sound, water and stillness. These floating sessions are subject to weather conditions. The Sound Bath with Dian on the 12th of July welcomes up to 15 participants, offering a grounding journey through vibration and deep relaxation.
There will be no sound healing session on the 26th of July. Guests may still enjoy the Vegetarian Brunch at Botanist as a standalone experience.

New Moon Ceremony Under the Energy of Cancer
As the New Moon rises in Cancer, Blue Karma Secrets invites guests to experience a nurturing 90-minute New Moon Ceremony inspired by the soft, intuitive energy of this lunar phase.
Created as a sacred space for emotional healing, heart-opening, inner connection and intention-setting, the ceremony brings together meditation, cacao, sound, vibration and gentle presence. This immersive ceremonial journey includes an intention-setting ritual, a heart-opening cacao ceremony, guided New Moon meditation, a crystal sound healing journey and gentle grounding for integration.
Through this experience, guests are invited to slow down, reconnect with their inner world and create space for clarity, renewal and emotional alignment. It is an opportunity to soften, receive and welcome the energy of a new beginning under the New Moon.

Acupuncture and Acupressure for the Immune System Workshop with Anto
On the 4th and the 18th of July, Blue Karma Wellness invites guests to join the Acupuncture and Acupressure for the Immune System Workshop with Anto, a one-hour session inspired by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, held at Blue Karma Village, Umalas.
Created for those seeking simple, practical ways to support the body’s natural defence system, the workshop explores how acupuncture and acupressure may help restore balance, support well-being and encourage a deeper connection with the body.
During the session, guests will be guided through accessible acupressure points that can be incorporated into daily self-care routines. Through gentle learning and mindful practice, the experience offers an approachable introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine as a supportive ritual for everyday wellness.
The workshop will take place on the 4th and the 18th of July at 11.00 AM. The session is priced at Rp350,000++ per person and lasts for one hour.

Shamanic Healing with Lamia at Blue Karma Ubud
For two days only, Blue Karma Ubud welcomes Lamia, a shamanic healer trained in both Paris and Bali, for an intimate wellness experience rooted in energy, ritual and deep inner alignment.
Taking place on the 17th and the 18th of July at Blue Karma Ubud, the programme includes an Open Sound Healing and Biomagnetism session, currently priced at Rp350,000++ per person. Rooted in a Moroccan shamanic lineage, Lamia’s work invites guests to explore healing through sound, energetic balance, nervous system regulation and intuitive ritual.
Guests may also reserve individual sessions with Lamia, available exclusively during her two-day residency. Each private experience is designed to support energetic balance, nervous system harmony, facial and body release, and deeper personal restoration.
