Celebrate Indonesia’s Independence Day with Nusantara on Stage — a five-course culinary journey across the archipelago, set high above the city at the rooftop of Copper. From the tranquil waters of Sabang in the west to the cultural richness of Merauke in the east, each course tells a story of heritage, resilience, and identity. Guided by the creative vision of Chef Julio Petrus and the heartfelt hospitality of Aryasthana, this immersive dining experience invites guests to savour bold and expressive Indonesian flavours. Taking place from Friday to Sunday, 15 to 17 August 2025, the evening runs from 5.30 PM to 11 PM, accompanied by live acoustic performances from 6.30 PM to 9 PM. Price: Rp650,000++ per person.
