Bali’s Co-working Spaces

Co-working
Bali?s Co-working Spaces. Work from Bali

Those ready to abandon their uninspiring home or hotel desks for greener pastures will be happy to know that Bali now offers numerous co-working spaces with access to top-notch office amenities.

But this is not where the story ends. A large attraction of co-working spaces is getting the job done amidst some of the most motivated and inspiring individuals you are ever likely to meet on the island. Below is our pick of Bali’s top six collaborative workspaces.

The menu here includes a granola station and daily-roasted organic coffee for an instant energy boost.

The 400-metre square space features a conference room for around 20 people, a meeting room for six, Skype booths, and a fibre optic line with a shared 50 mbps internet connection, which Hubud claims “is by far the best in town.” Other amenities include printers, photocopiers, scanners, private lockers and the use of the centre’s mailing address.

Hubud also hosts regular skill-sharing sessions, development courses and tech boot camps.

Coworking Unconference Asia

With the slogan ‘The Future of Work is Here!’, the second Coworking Unconference Asia (CUAsia) once again delivered a fun-packed programme exploring out-of-the-box ways to live, work and learn. Organized by Hubud: Ubud Coworking and Community Space, in cooperation with Kumpul Coworking Space, the pre-event sessions held from February 24 to 25 revolved around the topics of opening a co-working space, the future of co-work in Indonesia, and how co-working shapes the way we work and do business. The main event, which ran from February 26 to 27, included speeches from some of the mentors and visionaries in the world of co-working, as well as panel discussions and debate sessions on the future of work. Participants also got the opportunity to visit some of the co-working spaces on the island.
